What counts

What the numbers mean.

Limits are generous and easy to read. When one is reached nothing is lost: we say so, and the counts start again at midnight UTC.

1 request

Anything that lands

Every call to one of your post URLs is one request, whatever it sends. Our answer to a challenge counts too.

POST /in/p3jd9xq7wlm2, 1 request
1 call

Anything your code asks

Each call to the API is one call. Waiting for the next request counts once, however long it waits. Refused calls are free.

GET /v1/inboxes/ib_8k2m/next, 1 call
At the limit

Nothing is lost

Past the daily number, senders get 429 so they retry later, and you see a note on the inbox. Solo has ten times the room.

429, Retry-After: 3600
Billing

Paying, plainly.

What happens when I cancel?

Solo stays on until the end of the month you paid for. After that you are on Free: your 3 busiest inboxes stay kept, the rest get 48 hours, and history past 7 days is deleted.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe. We never see your card number. Change the card or download any invoice from Plan and billing on your account.

Is there a yearly plan?

Not yet. Solo is monthly so you can stop the month you no longer need it.

Who charges my card?

DeveloperData.net, in Bangkok. Charges show as DEVELOPERDATA.NET, and billing questions go to developerdata.net/support.
