What we keep

• Your account: your name and email from Google, the country you signed up from (from Cloudflare), and your plan. Nothing else from your Google account.
• What your inboxes catch: every request sent to them, exactly as sent: headers, body, the sender's address and country. You decide what gets sent; we keep it only as long as your plan says, then delete it.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids, never your card number.
• Visits: the pages you open, the referring site, your browser's user agent, address and country, to count visitors and spot abuse. Kept for 400 days.

Cookies

Four small first-party cookies, none for advertising and no third-party analytics:

• Your session: keeps you signed in.
• Your inboxes: remembers the inboxes this browser opened, so you can keep them after signing in.
• Google sign-in: lasts only while you sign in with Google.
• ap_click: remembers which partner sent you, so the partner can be credited if you buy. It holds no personal details and lasts 60 days; a newer partner link replaces it.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Google (signing in), Cloudflare (which carries every request to us) and Postmark (which sends our emails). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law makes us.

How long

• Requests without an account: 48 hours.
• Requests in kept inboxes: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Solo.
• Your account: until you delete it. Deleting it removes every inbox and request at once.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Most of it you can do yourself: delete an inbox, or your whole account, from Account. For anything else, write to [email protected].
